when I do click on "Upload a Video" I get error "SettingNotFound: Key not found: enable_tinymce", I was inspecting the button and I found Upload a Video I haven't this file, where is the problem?
also happens if I search a video don't exist a file called "search"

Are you running mediacore 0.7.2, or are you using a newer development version from github?
It sounds like you're running a development version. In that case, the setup.sql file is slightly out of date.
The easiest thing is really just to go back to 0.7.2 until we're closer to releasing 0.8.
But if you're feeling adventurous, you can import all of the sql files in ./database/changes/ that are dated from 2010-02-09-* to 2010-02-18-* . That should add all of the new rows/tables that you need to run the development version.
I think I'm running the development version, but sorry, I did not understand what I do. Could you be more descriptive?
The /upload and /media/search files not exists in my instalation, but exists in the demo in this page.
What is the relationship between these missing files and the db?

Those files shouldn't exist and the database trouble you're having is unrelated.
Just FYI, instead of URLs mapping directly to individual files, we use the Model-View-Controller pattern. Typically a URL such as /media/search maps to the media controller's search method (see mediacore/controllers/media.py). There we specify a 'view' to render (a mostly XHTML template) — in this case, mediacore/templates/media/search.html.
I know this MVC pattern can seem over-complicated at first, but it really helps to break down the application into small predictable layers that are easier to manage.
As for the database: The .sql files in ./database/changes/ are no different than the setup.sql script you imported during installation. There's a bunch of them because each significant change we make to the database has its own script. Anyway, here's how you do it on the command line:
cd database/changes
mysql -u root -p mediacore < 2010-02-09-1-media-ratings-rename.sql
mysql -u root -p mediacore < 2010-02-09-2-comments-status.sql
mysql -u root -p mediacore < 2010-02-09-3-media-desc-plain.sql
# etc etc until you reach 2010-02-18-add-richtext-setting.sqlHope that helps!
