   Hello.

   I just installed MediaCore, and while it seems great, i have a big problem. All is running (used the install tutorial found here) and serving pages, login to admin backend, but when trying to load a media page or upload a media, i get an error that seems to be linked to SQL. I tried it with 0.9.0, and 0.9.1 from git and the same happens in both cases.

   Here is the error output.

   Not sure if this will help.....when I followed the instructions on here I kept getting issues adding videos and thumbnails.....one of the chaps on here has made his own instructions which when I followed fixed all the issues....I guess there are some glitches with some of the packages...maybe this will help you:

   Thank you. I followed instructions you linked to, but still a no go...

   Installing on Debian Squeeze (6). Don't have a server on Ubuntu for that. Maybe next week but for now I can only install on Debian.

   well, did you try to repair the table? this is a mysql problem, not a MediaCore one. For example check: http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?98,369342,369371#msg-369371

   Did you upgrade the db from an older mysql version?

   Tried repairing tables and still a no go. It's not an upgrade problem as it's a fresh install of MediaCore. Tried 0.9.0 stable and 0.9.1 from git.

   Like you said, it's a MySQL problem, but nothing seems wrong when checking through phpmyadmin. Weird.

   Just saw something that seems odd. Is it normal to have some tables set as MyISAM and some others as InnoDB ?

   Well, phpMyAdmin is not really a good tool to fix this issue.

   Did you read the forum post I linked, more specifically:
   - did you run "mysqlcheck --user=root -p --check-upgrade mysql"?

   And having tables with different engines within one db is usually in general (not for MediaCore) but perfectly fine.

    Just tried the mysqlcheck command and still the same problem.
