Hello,
When I try to run paster setup-app I get that error you see in the title.
Any idea why that is? I've double checked and my sqlalchemy.url seems to be correctly set.
sqlalchemy.url = mysql://mc090_user:HIDDENPASSWORD@127.0.0.1:12456/mc090_apr122011?charset=utf8&use_unicode=0
well this happens with the 0.9.0 official release as well, so it's a problem with my setup.
Whoops, my bad — thanks for the heads up. I just uploaded a new version of SQLAlchemy that I've been using for testing, not realizing that MediaCore 0.9 is configured to try and use the latest version available. Not to worry, for now I've removed the newer version (which has some incompatibilities that need fixing), so the installer will use the working version will be used once again. Just re-run setup.py develop.
