Check out this thread for a discussion of how to install MediaCore with cPanel.
In general, there's no one-click solution.
Also, from what I could figure out from the netsons.com site, they don't seem to have FastCGI support. That's currently the only way we've tested/documented of getting MediaCore running in a shared hosting type environment. Netsons does have CGI, however, so you might be able to find a way to work with that.
