   Hi

   I'm testing out the cloud platform beta and have to say I am very impressed. However I have some problems which may be down to me....

   I've uploaded some videos urls which once getting a link that that the system liked the videos are now published. However when I add any of my videos to a podcast they are put into a status of 'encoding pending - Encoding will be complete when an acceptable file is added'. If I remove it from the podcast the file is published again. Any thoughts of what it could be?

   Can anyone comment on whether mp3s can be published? I have successfully added the urls, but again I only get the status of 'encoding pending - Encoding will be complete when an acceptable file is added'. If I remove it from the podcast the file is not published as with the video. Any thoughts of what it could be?

   Hi Justyn,

   Thanks for the bug report!

   For a quicker response on support feel free to click the support button at the bottom of the admin screen when you are logged into your account.

   At the moment we are aware of a bug that does not let MP3's be published. We will be looking into this over the course of the next week and will fix the issue as quickly as we can. In the mean time, you can convert the MP3's to either M4v or MP4 and they will work. It's just the MP3 that is giving us problems at the moment.

   I had the same problem with mp3, then I found that setting the drop down menu to Video in the Manage Files window allowed them to be published.

   I have another problem though, unless I go to Guide and categories all the episodes wont show on the podcast list or the RSS feed, about 3/4 of them show up.

   Thanks for reporting that bug librium, we'll add that to the bug-fix list. We're planning on quashing a lot of these smaller issues next week as we're currently working on a couple of high priority things that have to make it out before we can get to these. Thanks for your patience.

   That's helpful on both counts. I've change the file from audio to video in the dropdown menu and they are now published. Wonderful!

   It's good to know that the bug is also going to be fixed.
