Where it gets tricky is converting video in the background and updating the database record when its done, etc etc.

Right now we're focused on the getting the basics done right, but if you experiment with this please share!

Having this application auto-encore or encode on demand would be excellent.

Also given the option to play flash or mov files would be even better...
