			<description><![CDATA[<p>ffmpeg is an open source command-line tool that can convert most formats to FLV or, even better, H264 in an MP4 container (which Flash can play). Where it gets tricky is converting video in the background and updating the database record when its done, etc etc.</p>
<p>Right now we're focused on the getting the basics done right, but if you experiment with this please share!

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It would be nice if you could integrate a media encoding server or integrate with an existing one such as VLC or the open source php streaming xmoovStream (<a href="http://stream.xmoov.com/" rel="nofollow">http://stream.xmoov.com/</a>).</p>
<p>Having this application auto-encore or encode on demand would be excellent. </p>
<p>Also given the option to play flash or mov files would be even better...
