For assuring it, then we use the command REPAIR but obviously it probably did nothing because CHECK shows no errors.</p> <p>We just look for the id 154 in the table media, and the select has no returns. If so, your DB is broken and you need to repair this manually.</p> <p>Looks to me as if your db is confused and does not remember the last automatically assigned id anymore.
